Step 1: The original centre is \((3,-4)\).
Step 2: Reflection in the \(x\)-axis gives the new centre \((3,4)\).
Step 3: The radius stays \(4\), so the new equation is
\[ (x-3)^2+(y-4)^2=16. \]
